Aurexis builds the systems Malaysian businesses run on. The first one was for a wiring contractor tracking jobs in a notebook — quotes in WhatsApp, payments chased from memory. The problem repeats everywhere. The work grows; the way of running it doesn't.

An introduction.
I build every system Aurexis ships. The first was for a wiring contractor running jobs out of a notebook — and I’ve since seen the same thing in a law firm, a training company and an auto workshop. Different trades, same problem: the business grew, the way of running it didn’t. Aurexis exists to fix that properly, one connected system instead of five that don’t talk.

I handle the side of Aurexis that isn’t code — operations, marketing and the legal and compliance work that comes with running a company properly in Malaysia. Sanjay builds the systems; I make sure the business behind them holds up. Most small companies get one of those right and neglect the other.

Every business is different enough that the same stack doesn't fit twice. I build for what the business actually needs, not what's easiest to sell.

Connected systems beat standalone tools. Every time.
A web app, an AI agent, and a mobile app talking to one another are worth more than three best-in-class products that don't.
04Context
Malaysian context is the advantage, not the limitation.
Built for how business actually runs here — in ringgit, in the languages customers use, for the tools they already have on their phones.
05Tooling
AI is a tool. I use it because it works.
The chili farm dashboard I built uses AI to track pricing trends automatically. Not because AI was the goal — because it was the right tool for that job. If a spreadsheet formula would've done it, I'd have used a spreadsheet formula.
