A 70-year-old family parts shop in Sungai Petani, now taking enquiries from across Malaysia
M.A. Veerappan Auto has sold genuine, Taiwan and used car parts from one shop in Sungai Petani for decades. We built them a website that explains their parts in plain words, puts WhatsApp one tap away, and gives them a product catalogue their own team updates, linked to their Shopee and Lazada stores.

The Problem
Almost all of their business came from walk-ins, phone calls and word of mouth.
Customers outside Kedah couldn't see how much stock they carried, didn't know they sell three kinds of parts (genuine, Taiwan and used), and didn't know they're an authorised insurance panel for windscreen claims. Every "do you have this part?" question meant a phone call. Their Shopee and Lazada stores sat on their own, with nothing pointing people to them.
What We Built
A website that works like their front counter.
It explains genuine, Taiwan and used parts in plain language so customers can choose by budget. Each service (windscreens and insurance claims, batteries, workshop jobs, buying scrap cars) has its own page. Every page has a WhatsApp button: send your car model, year and a photo of the part, and the team checks stock. Behind it is a simple admin login where staff add products with photos and prices themselves, and each product links to their Shopee or Lazada listing. We also told their story, from a bottle-recycling business to a parts dealer, with photos of the shop and warehouse, customer videos and a map. And we set it up so Google shows them when people search "auto parts Sungai Petani".

The Result
Customers now check stock over WhatsApp before they visit, instead of calling.
People outside Sungai Petani can see what's on the shelves and order for delivery, and the team keeps the catalogue up to date without asking a developer. A business that ran on word of mouth for decades can now be found on Google.
“We've been selling parts in Sungai Petani for a long time, but most people only knew us by word of mouth. Since the website went live, new customers find us on Google and WhatsApp us for parts directly. Some are from outside Kedah, people who would never have walked into our shop. Very happy with what Aurexis Solution did for us.”
