An Ayurveda centre in Brickfields since 2008, now taking bookings online at any hour, not only when someone picks up the phone
Kerala Ayurvedic Lifestyle has offered Kerala Ayurveda in Brickfields since 2008. We built them a website and booking system: guests book a free consultation or pick from 60+ treatments, choose a time slot and pay online. Their Vaidyas write the blog themselves.

The Problem
Every booking went through the phone or WhatsApp.
Staff had to explain each therapy, check the Vaidya's calendar, ask about health conditions and confirm the slot by hand, all while running a busy centre. First-time guests didn't know where to start. Was Shirodhara right for them, or did they need a consultation first? People who saw them on Instagram at night had no way to book until the centre opened the next day.
What We Built
A website with two clear ways in.
New guests book a free 30-minute consultation and get their dosha (body type) assessed. Guests who already know what they want pick from a library of 60+ treatments, sorted by category (joint care, stress and sleep, hair and skin, post-delivery, Panchakarma) and choose a slot. The booking form asks for health details so the Vaidya can plan safely, flags conditions that need a WhatsApp check first and respects their same-gender therapist rule. The slot is held while the guest pays online, and is released if they don't finish. Guests can book without an account or create one to track their consultations. The Vaidyas publish articles to the blog themselves, and the team manages everything from a private admin login.

The Result
Guests can now book a consultation or treatment at any hour, without waiting for the centre to open.
Bookings arrive with the health details the Vaidya needs, so first visits start with treatment instead of paperwork. Staff spend less time on the phone confirming slots.
“I started this centre in 2008, and for years every booking went through a phone call or WhatsApp. Now guests book and pay online, even late at night, and our Vaidyas have their details before they walk in. Aurexis understood how a centre like ours really works.”
